Can I Return My Order?

We're happy to refund any unopened and unwanted items within 14 days of you receiving your order. For health and safety reasons, we're unable to accept returns for items that have been opened.

If you would like to begin a return for unopened or unwanted items, please log into your account and click the “Open Ticket” button next to your order. Our customer service team will take care of getting the items safely back to our return address.

Can I Return a Product That I Don't Like?

Inevitably, there will always be some vape flavours that do not satisfy your needs due to the subjective nature of e-liquid flavourings. How Long Does a Refund Take?

We issue refunds immediately, but they may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account due to your bank's processing times and security measures. If you don't see your refund after this period or if you have any concerns about the status of your refund, please contact us at team@indejuice.com.
