How Long Will 100ml E-liquid Last

How Long Will 100ml E-liquid Last

Depending on the strength of your coil, the hardware that you are using and the frequency of your vaping, 100ml e-liquid can last you anywhere between 3 days and 2 weeks.

Generally speaking, for most users 100ml e-liquid will last somewhere in the region of 7 days or one week.

Coil Strength

The strength (or resistance) of your coil is one of the most important factors in determining longevity of your e-liquids. The lower the resistance of your coil (i.e. the closer that the resistance is to zero ohms) the faster and hotter your coils will heat up thus causing you to get through 100ml e-liquid faster than if your vape coils were reading at over 1 ohm.

The main reason that many vapers prefer a lower ohm resistance is because of the ability to generate large and satisfying clouds that many users prefer to thinner clouds. For those who prefer thinner clouds, closer to that of a cigarette, 100ml e-liquid will last substantially longer as coils that produce thinner clouds are mostly those above 1 ohm of coil resistance. Generally speaking, lower resistance vapers enjoy a lower milligram of nicotine strength as they inhale more vapour per second than those using a higher resistance coil.

Hardware

Another aspect of hardware that vapers should consider in calculating the longevity of 100ml e-liquid is the size and output power of the battery used. Vapers who are able to change their batteries will be more in control of this than vape devices that do not allow users to change battery.

Clearly, the more powerful the battery the greater the ability to output more power. Generally speaking, this means that if you have a vape device where you can swap out the battery, it is more likely to be an advanced device and therefore is more powerful than those that have sealed batteries.

Frequency of Vaping

The final consideration in determining the how long 100ml of e-liquid will last is the frequency of your vaping. As all tanks sold in the UK are limited to a 2ml capacity, an easy way to keep track of how often you vape is tracking how long it takes you (in minutes, hours or days) to refill your tank. If you refill your tank twice a day then it will take you 50 days to get through 100ml. However, if you refill your tank multiple times a day, for instance 10 times a day, then this would equate to 20ml of e-liquid a day. This means that it would take you 5 days to run out of 100ml e-liquid.

In order to begin regulating nicotine consumption it is important to have some awareness of how often you vape. This will also allow you to determine suitable nicotine strengths in your overall goal of quitting smoking.
